Nothing on this site is claimed from a design doc. It gets built, then run on real hardware I bought for the job: a lab of machines, VMs and Pis that exist to be broken and rebuilt until the thing holds. The tooling is the other half of the bill. The frontier models that review the code and take turns attacking it arrive with a subscription each and an invoice every month, good week or bad.

Hundreds of hours are in it already, and most of them went to the part nobody will ever see. The seventh pass over a threat model. The test that proves a control instead of assuming it. Working out how a feature fails before deciding how it works, then closing that door before it ships. That is the slow way to build this, and on something holding the keys to every machine you own, it is the only way I am willing to.

None of it is behind a paywall and none of it will be. Chipping in keeps the project independent, and me suitably motivated.
